Prime Minister Modi recalled with appreciation the State Visit of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima to India in 2019, noting that the visit had played a significant role in strengthening mutual goodwill and giving fresh momentum to bilateral relations.

The leaders expressed satisfaction over the progress of ongoing cooperation initiatives between India and the Netherlands in key sectors including education, innovation, semiconductors, digital technology, water management and green partnerships.
The discussions also reflected the growing strategic partnership between the two nations, which has steadily expanded in areas of trade, technology, sustainability and innovation.
Prime Minister Modi conveyed his appreciation for the goodwill extended towards India by Their Majesties and thanked them for the warm hospitality during his visit to the Netherlands.
Their Majesties also hosted a lunch in honour of Prime Minister Modi at Palace Huis ten Bosch.
The meeting highlighted the strong and friendly relations between India and the Netherlands and reaffirmed the commitment of both countries to deepen cooperation across multiple sectors.
